Condition: in antique condition, tarnish and patina to brass dishes which will polish up nicely if you are so inclined, very dusty, still functional but one side sits a little lower than the other but is still balancing, arms that hold dishes may be a little bent and dishes may be a little warped which means they dont quite sit perfectly in the holders but still perfectly functional and could be adjusted / bent if you are a stickler for detail, please see all pictures
